Who we are
Bombat Games is the trading name of Ajay Nagarajan, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560062, India. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data our games and this website handle. You can reach us at hello@bombatgames.com.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or ad trackers, and it loads nothing from other sites. Our hosting provider, GitHub, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security. If you email us, we use your email only to reply and keep it only as long as the conversation needs.
How long we keep data
Cloud saves and leaderboard entries stay until you ask us to delete them. Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months. Purchase records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to act for you. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have your rights under the GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to your data protection authority. Email hello@bombatgames.com. Grievance officer

Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child under 13 has played one of our games, email us and we will delete the data linked to their game account.
Security and where data goes
Data travels between our games and these services over encrypted connections. The services may store and process data outside India, including in the United States, the European Union and Singapore, under their own safeguards.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will also tell you in the game.
